Greetings Everyone. Wanted to bring you up to speed on what is taking place in my life.
My last Sunday at Georgetown Lake was on August 23. August 30 I was blessed to preach at The Presbyterian Church of Jackson Hole and you can find that sermon on their YouTube channel. September 6 Terri and I were blessed to attend my eldest son Isaac's wedding as
he and Savanna Garnick celebrated their marriage. On September 13 I began an Interim Ministry with two Presbyterian Churches on the South end of Flathead Lake in Montana. For the next months I will be leading the Dayton and Polson congregations as they continue their search for a long-term pastor. The Polson Church records the Sunday sermon and publish it on their website: www.polsonpresbyterian.org.
In addition to these changes, I will be posting thoughts in future blog posts. So much is going on in our nation and world. I do have my thoughts. I do believe we should respond, as Christians, in a balance and biblical way. But, for me it takes time to process those thoughts. The last thing our nation needs are quick and reactionary posts from anyone. As I begin to settle down into a regular schedule I will have time to put my thoughts into a form that I feel is sharable with you and others. I trust you understand.
God bless you all. Paul
Why am I not surprised that you are at Polson and Dayton. Glacier Presbytery knows when they have a great opportunity. I have visited both of those churches - nice congregations. Best wishes.
Looking forward to your thoughts, and wishing you a peaceful and fruitful ministry in your two churches! Best wishes to Isaac and Savanna.
Glad to hear from you, and that you're well, and looking forward to listening to your sermans.
